Liuzhou City is located in the 1081＜4`-109＜45`E and 23＜54-24＜50`N in the middle of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and has usually enjoyed the reputation of ＾The Commercial Port in the Middle of Guangxi￣. She has 4 urban districts,. One outskirts and two counties of Liujiang and Liucheng, The city¨s total area is 5272 square kms and population counties of Liujiang and population is 15884 million, among which urban district area and population being 651 square kms and 0.7455 million respectively. Liuzhou has a subtropical climate and can witness the green in the four seasons .Her natural environment is beautiful and tourism resources are rich.
Liuzhou is the largest industrial city in Guangxi and is one of the
state¨s comprehensive economic system reform experiment cities and the
state¨s 8 experiment cities which vigorously develop on the basis of scientific
technology. Recently she was also rated as Guangxi city¨s comprehensive
reform experiment zone. The whole city has nearly 40 major industrial
lines in black metallurgy, non-ferrors metallurgy, machinery industry,
transport and communication equipment, electric equipment and apparatus,

Guilin and Liuzhou, high class hotels, 4 large scale supermarkets, 10

development zones, 3 township and town enterprises development zones,
rice, fruit, tobacco, cocoon silk of quality and high crop development
zones, stock raising, aquatic products obtaining foreign exchange development
zones as well as projects in communication, supply of water, civil neutral
gas and electricity power are under construction and preparation, In 1992,
